When is a necklace not a necklace?

Apparently when it’s a bag…A new trend is emerging that has us puzzled. Dubbed ‘Sack Necklaces,’ these dresses with built in pouches as a necklace doubled as small purses to keep your bits in. Now we, like most women, can’t leave home without our phones, keys, lipgloss, etc,  therefore are not convinced that pouch dresses will provide the same amount of room as a handbag, and would also drag the whole neckline of the dress down to a level we’re not entirely comfortable with. That being said, it is a neat idea especially when one needs their hands free for pulling some shapes on the dancefloor.
