Sonia Rykiel next guest designer for H&M

Swedish high street retailer H&M has announced its next guest designer: Sonia Rykiel. Famously hailed as the “Queen of Knits” for decades, Rykiel’s Winter 2009 collaboration comes at the perfect time of year for comfy, stylish sweater lovers. The collection will include – the first H&M and designer collaboration to ever do so – lingerie and accessories. The collection will launch at H&M stores across the globe in December and at the same time, also a first for H&M collaborations, the lingerie will become available in Sonia Rykiel’s major boutiques around the world. Another exciting and highly anticipated detail, Rykiel has also signed on for a Spring2010 collaboration.
