Many of us make new years resolutions, and most of us break them, so 2010 will be no exception, especially after a preview of the new House of Harlow footwear collection. Beautiful peep toe boots with geometric cutouts and statement heels with diamond prints running down the back will tempt the most pious reformed shopaholic.
